Bella Mauritz and Coach Dewease had the honor of attending the Lindy Callahan Scholar-Athlete Awards luncheon yesterday in Clinton. We're thrilled to share that Bella was selected as one of 16 seniors from across Mississippi to be part of the Lindy Callahan Scholar-Athlete Class of 2024!
This prestigious award, sponsored by the Mississippi High School Activities Association, recognizes students who excel academically while actively participating in high school athletics and extracurricular activities. Bella, along with Mateo Rouhbakhsh, represented Sacred Heart as nominees for this esteemed award.
Bella will also be receiving a $1500 scholarship award in recognition of her achievements. Please join us in congratulating Bella on this remarkable accomplishment!
